The Granary Restaurant has been recognized by Wine Spectator for it's Award of Excellence since 2000. With this award Wine Spectator is looking to recognize a commitment to a fine wine list, with a sufficient selection of better producers along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style.

For over a decade, the Distinguished Restaurants of North America () has recognized gourmet restaurants that exemplify culinary excellence in all aspects of fine dining from the making of a reservation to the final presentation of the check. The Granary Restaurant has been recognized since 1998.
Former Spring Creek Ranch Executive Chef, Robert D. Corliss, was invited to the James Beard House in honor of the "Best Hotel Chefs of America Series." This marked the first time a chef from Wyoming was invited to the James Beard House.

the James Beard Foundation celebrates the country's artists, provides scholarships and educational opportunities, serves as a resource for the industry, and offers the opportunity to enjoy the delights of fine dining.

The Granary restaurant serves floor-to-ceiling views of the Grand Tetons along with cuisine which Bon Appetit called "upscale mountain-man cooking." The Granary has received the prestigious DiRoNA Award, Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator and honor of Best Hotel Chefs of America series at The James Beard House.
