Enjoy a wonderful yoga or Pilates class, either inside or  outside on our  vista.  Classes can be a great way to start your day or unwind after a long day of adventure. A great addition to any fitness regime. All levels welcome.

Personal Training - 60 minutes

Get the workout you want with our personal fitness guru, Geanie Young. Geanie can create a customized workout to suit your training goals. Your workout can include anything from light toning to triathlon training.

High Mountain Fitness

We have a wide variety of conditioning options and packages available to suit your fitness goals, including: weight lifting, triathlon training, aerobic classes, and running analysis. Tell us what you envision in your workout and we’ll make it happen! Prices vary.
