Granary Restaurant Manager – Full Time Year Round


  • Daily general operations of fine dining restaurant
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels to deliver a great guest dining experience.
  • Use service-related guest feedback to continually improve the level of service and drive overall guest satisfaction
  • Drive revenue through sales, social media marketing, and knowledge of product
  • Responsible for restaurant cleanliness, maintaining health code standards and consistent sanitation throughout all outlets.
  • Provide a high level of quality customer service and exceed our guest’s expectations through commitment to service, pride and excellence.


  • Must have previous Fine Dining Experience
  • Able to work a flexible schedule – Nights, Weekends, & Holidays
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office and Squirrel System is helpful
  • Knowledge of Open Table is required
  • Excellent communication and follow through a must
  • Ability to Manage and Schedule staff effectively
