Experience Culinary Delights at our Annual Weekend for Foodies (Feb. 2-5)
It’s a true winter wonderland in Jackson Hole this year — the valley floor is covered in untouched fields of white, and the mountains offer up endless stashes of perfect champagne powder for skiers of all levels. Elk, moose and bison tracks criss-cross in the snow and lead to the best wildlife sightings of the year. And when it’s time to warm up after long days spent outside exploring, a warm fire awaits you. But winter isn’t all that Jackson’s dishing up — we’re celebrating February in style with a special long weekend package designed for foodies that’s chalk full of culinary events, plus a few perks to make your mountain vacation complete.

Renowned for his deep knowledge of the the truffles that grow in Piedmont, Chef Zarri brings the farm-to-table concept to a new level by using locally grown Piedmont products (like Truffles and hazelnuts) to create a fresh take on traditional Piedmontese recipes.

And you can forget the headache of a rental car — we’ll provide transportation to and from the airport as well as to the mountain and into town so you can comfortably experience everything Jackson Hole has to offer.
We’ll kick off the weekend together with a Truffle and Hazelnuts dinner at our famous Granary restaurant Thursday night where a five course meal with winepairings awaits you. Improve your cooking techniques and then enjoy your own culinary masterpieces, including yellow pepper and black truffle soup, spinach gnocchi, chicken filets with hazelnuts and grandmother pudding Piemonte style.
Saturday evening features a wine class with Celebrity Chef Carlo Zarri followed by a five course meal and wine pairings. Experience Western Wild Game like never before – stuffed Vermont quail with wild mushrooms, brioche, black truffles and a hazelnut dust is just one of the delicacies you’ll enjoy.
