Our Fall menu is designed to attract our regional and local audience with approachable menu times of local ingredients that provide comfort this time of year without busting the wallet.

Our new menu is based on classic preparations seen in a new perspective; the elk spring roll, mushroom cappuccino with the rabbit cigar, and Elk Wellington. This is an opportunity for us to create “warm” dishes and comfort food plated and presented elegantly.  The season’s harvest is winding to a close meaning more root vegetables, and slow cooking methods such as braising.

Our goal is to incorporate rustic western elegance into the mix. Come join us for a western, fine-dining experience.

The Granary Restaurant serves floor-to-ceiling views of the Grand Tetons along with cuisine that Bon Appetit called “upscale mountain-man cooking.” The Granary has received the prestigious DiRoNA Award, Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator, and honor of Best Hotel Chefs of America series at The James Beard House.
