Dates: Offered weekly. Departure time 8:00 AM.
Embark upon an excursion into Grand Teton National Park and the National Elk Refuge to observe the greatest wildlife viewing in the U.S. This four-hour Wildlife Safari offers a personal, educational and unforgettable wildlife experience. Most visitors don't realize that winter may be the best season for viewing most of Wyoming's wildlife. In the winter many of the large mammals of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem have migrated to their wintering grounds - which are some of the longest migrations in the western hemisphere - and are therefore found in incredible concentrations. You will visit locations where wildlife viewing has been the best recently. This is an amazing experience for anyone, whether you're interested in wildlife, human history, or a professional photographer. Your experienced guide is a wealth of knowledge on the flora and fauna, geology and history of Jackson Hole. Not only will you observe and learn about wildlife, but viewing these animals with the backdrop of the most beautiful landscape -the Teton Mountain range - in the U.S. is unforgettable. This vehicle based, safari-style journey is often our guest's favorite experience during their stay at Spring Creek Ranch. Don't miss out on the best part of winter in the Rockies!
