Buyout: $8,500 to $16,000 depending on the season (This is a F&B minimum). A buyout ensures absolute privacy because you book the entire restaurant for you and your guests.
Different sections of the Granary (lounge, deck, front and back dining rooms) are also available for reserved use if you don’t need the entire restaurant.
The Granary is a split-level restaurant that sits on the edge of the butte overlooking the beautiful valley and Teton Mountains. It is approximately 150 yards from the Ranch House (Sagebrush Ballroom and Vista) and a great place for your reception or rehearsal dinner for a warm fire and the best sunset view of the Tetons in Jackson.
Depending on the time of day, size of your party, and space availability, The Granary may be available for your ceremony.
The buyout fee includes tables, chairs, linen, china, glassware, and flatware, and service staff. There may be additional charges for rearranging the layout of the restaurant.
For plated dinners, guests choose from the award-winning dinner menu which changes seasonally. Chef Marc Boussarie will design a specific menu for buffets to meet your needs.
Pricing is locked in at the time you sign the Banquet and Event Orders with your event planner. We ask for menu choices to be in at least 30 days prior to your wedding with guest counts due 10 days prior.
State tax (6%) and gratuity (20%) are not included in menu prices.
You can choose between a cash bar, hosted bar, or other bar customized to suit your needs. Prices are based on consumption. Wine prices are based either on consumption or per bottle, depending on your needs.
