Reservations
Please allow at least one day advance notice to ensure your preferred treatments and times. We may be able to accommodate same-day appointments, although 1-2 hour’s notice is often required for our skilled therapists to arrive on property.

Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid being charged the full amount of your scheduled treatment.

Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

In Room/After Hours
Most massages can be enjoyed in the comfort of your own room for an additional charge of $25. Appointments made outside of regular business hours are also available for an additional charge of $25.

Gift Certificates
A gift certificate is a wonderful present! They are available in any amount and for any spa service.

The Spa is a peaceful place of refuge. Please be respectful of those seeking solace. Our environment is cell phone free, pager free, and smoke free so that you may leave feeling stress free!
In addition, the Wilderness Adventure Spa also has: a workout room, steam rooms, and an indoor hot tub. Be sure to make time to take advantage of all our beautiful facilities.
