Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is rated Number 1 in North America by Forbes Magazine. Spring Creek Ranch offers free shuttles from your room to the base of the Tram. Get some breakfast while you watch the sun rise against the Teton Mountain Range, grab your boards, get on the 8:15 AM shuttle that picks you up at your room, get dropped off at the base of the the Tram. What could be easier? Jackson Hole is renowned for it’s steep and deep sliding, but there are plenty of slopes for all ability levels, and plenty of creature comforts to pamper you on your vacation.
Want some variety? Try Grand Targhee, on the west side of the Tetons. A bit of a drive, but this is the place your friends went for powder skiing when they won’t tell where. Not many lifts and many acres of skiing, so if you are looking for uncrowded slopes, Grand Targhee is for you.
