Facilities
The Ranch House is the premier venue for meetings, conferences, and special events. Facilities include the Sagebrush Ballroom, Sage East, Sage West, and the Sage Boardroom. With 3,200 square feet of meeting space, we can accommodate most any event or meeting requirements.
Sagebrush Ballroom
This full-service conference room encompasses 2,800 square feet of floor space, has a wrap-around deck, full catering facilities, and a business center.
A visual stunner with views of the Teton Mountain Range, the conference center also boasts large beamed ceilings and rustic open trussing with floor-to-ceiling windows giving the illusion of bringing the outdoors in.
Sage West – Conference Room
At 1,020 square feet the West side of the ballroom is ideal for smaller groups or as a separate room for meals during your meeting. With access to the wraparound deck for fresh air and mountain views.
Sage East – Conference Room
With 1,275 square feet the East side of the ballroom can hold a large U shape with room for an audience and beverage station. Utilize the hallway between East and West for a break space or open up East even larger and remove the hall. East also has access to the wraparound deck and dramatic mountain views.
Sagebrush Boardroom
350 square feet of floor space, this executive boardroom is a great place to hold an intimate meeting. Wired and wireless Internet access, telephone access for conference calls, and a fax machine are all available to run your meeting in style and keep you connected.
Sage Overlook- Outdoor Venue
Our outdoor venue is located near the Stables and horses. This is the perfect location to host your western hoedown. This smaller location affords groups a more intimate setting for welcome receptions, chuckwagon dinners around the campfire listening to a real singing cowboy, and many more types of special events. There is a permanent tent to allow shaded areas during the summer and a permanent arch for the perfect backdrop to a wedding ceremony.
Sagebrush Vista – Outdoor Venue
Our outdoor function area offers a vast mountain panorama with the picture-perfect Tetons as a backdrop. The site affords groups an inspirational setting for a welcome reception, an authentic western Hoedown with a stone fire pit for campfires, and many more types of special events.
