Ice Skating

Jackson offers both indoor and outdoor skating rinks throughout the winter. Strap on some skates and enjoy the indoor ice at Snow King Resort. They have open skate every day from noon to 2pm. They also provide open-hockey and other organized activities. Outside, at the base of Snow King, is another rink, perfect for the outdoor enthusiast. Or, if you’re lucky, you’ll be in town when Jackson’s quaint town square is frozen over and converted into an outdoor skating rink. There’s nothing more picturesque than skating amongst the lighted evergreen trees and antler arches of the town square. Another option in Teton Village is to visit the rink surrounded by ice sculptures and skate to the music at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort behind the Mangy Moose.
