Conferences, Meetings & Special Events

Put your feet up and get down to work.

You can have meetings and retreats at Spring Creek Ranch without distractions, unless you count the stunning views of the Tetons or the call of powder at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort 15 minutes away. We will help you stay focused on the goals of your event so you can get more done and leave time for a little play.

Spring Creek Ranch is located 12 miles from the Jackson Hole airport (learn more about access to Spring Creek Ranch here), five miles from downtown Jackson, and 15 minutes from the resort village at Jackson Hole. Perched 700 feet above the valley Spring Creek Ranch overlooks the stunning Grand Teton National Park floor. America’s First National Park Yellowstone National Park is just 45 miles to the north. What You Can Do Here, You Can’t Do Elsewhere

The property is a wildlife refuge so it’s not unusual to see the occasional elk or moose amble through or Hawks and Eagles soar above. Team building exercises might use the natural elements of the Tetons or take you on our wildlife safaris available only to our guests and not offered anywhere else with one of our wildlife biologists. Other activities might include a horseback ride on the wildlife sanctuary, a hot air balloon ride alongside the spectacular Tetons, or mountain climbing and whitewater rafting on the Snake River to name just a few. Stephanie Buelow

Minneapolis, Minnesota

Jackson Hole is an awe-inspiring location that everyone should experience. My goal is to give meeting planners and group coordinators the tools they need to visualize themselves and their groups here. I come from a background in marketing, sales and guest services. After graduating from DePaul University in Chicago, I headed west to snowboard and work for Vail Resorts in Colorado. That next summer, I drifted into Jackson Hole and fell in love with the area. I’ve lived in Jackson for five years and take advantage of what the area offers every weekend.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me snowboarding, backpacking in the mountains, or rock climbing.

Cindy Doxsey

Gorham, Maine

I have enjoyed working as part of the Spring Creek Staff for the last four years. As the Director of Programs and Activities I helped design multi day wildlife, wellness, and adventure packages for the Ranch. My transition into sales this past summer has been an exciting way to get involved with groups to give them the bucket list experience that is Spring Creek Ranch.

When I’m not in the office, I take in the best of Jackson – finding wildlife, enjoying any form of being on the River or one of the park’s lakes, and skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.

Lizzy Windley, Wedding and Event Manager

Mobile, Alabama

It is my job to make the most important day of someone’s life as stress-free as possible. I get great satisfaction knowing brides can actually breathe and enjoy their day. When I was 15, my first job was in catering and since then, I love the buzz and energy that comes with events and hospitality. It is where I feel “at home.” I attended University of Alabama and received my degree in hospitality management.

In college I worked an array of positions in restaurants. Everything from line cook/ dishwasher , bartender and management positions. When I first moved to Jackson, I was a server at Flagg Ranch a resort in Teton Park. I immediately felt connected to the area and knew it would not be my last. I have worked at Spring Creek Ranch for 2 and a half years, starting as Assistant Manager in our Granary Restaurant. Soon after, I met my fiancé and we are getting married in April. We live in Etna with our dog Beatrice.

When I’m not in the office, I’m planning my own wedding! We hike, cross country ski, snowshoe, and play with our dog Beatrice.

Marla Straight, Conference Coordinator

South Hero, Vermont

Originally from South Hero, Vermont, I grew up on an island and fell in love with the water. I grew up playing ice hockey and played division I at the collegiate level. Drawn to Jackson for the big mountain skiing I instantly fell in love with the area. I’ve lived in Jackson since 2008. Before Jackson I spend some time in Hawaii and Alaska working on a small cruise ship sailing the Inside Passage as well as being a bike, kayak, & zip line guide. I’ve worked in the hospitality industry since I was 13 and have dreams of one day owning my own business.

When I’m not in the office you can find me either at the rink coaching or playing hockey or in the backcountry skiing. In the summer I’ll be hiking the Tetons, camping or on Jackson Lake surfing, wakeboarding or water skiing behind my boat!
