We are delighted to offer complimentary To-Go Continental Breakfasts for your convenience. Guests can choose to enjoy their breakfast in the comfort of their room or in our cozy lobby lounge area. Breakfast is available for select accommodation types that include this feature, and details will be provided upon check-in at our resort.

Western BBQ Dinner
Our Western BBQ Dining is now open for 2025 bookings!
Craving an authentic Western experience for your group? Start with a one-hour horseback ride led by Spring Creek Ranch’s Castagno Outfitters, taking you along the scenic ridge at Spring Creek. Then, indulge in a hearty 3-course BBQ Cookout at the picturesque Sage Overlook.
Enjoy the warm ambiance of live music or an engaging Nature Chat with our Resident Naturalist. Cap off the evening by crafting your own S’mores at our custom S’mores Bar, complete with a crackling campfire.
Pricing:
The one-hour horseback ride is $79 per person. Riders must be 6 years or older, and the ride begins at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
The Western BBQ Dinner is $85 per adult and $55 per child aged 5-12, with children under 5 dining for free. The dinner includes beer, seltzers, and soft drinks.
Please note that Western BBQ Dinner prices exclude an automatic 6% tax and a 22% service charge, which will be added to all checks.
Times:
If you are participating in the horseback ride prior to the cookout, please sign up for the 4pm ride.
Chuckwagon dinners starts at 5pm with lawn games and music. Dinner bell rings at 6:30pm with s’mores around the campfire to follow.

Alcoholic Beverages:
Please note that alcoholic beverages are not allowed prior to riding horses. If guests appear intoxicated, your ride will be cancelled and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Parking:
Our guest’s and horses safety is our top priority. Please understand that parking at the stables or check in desk is prohibited due to equestrian horse activity in that area. Guests are invited to park in the two lower lots located next to the corral (there are signs posted for your convenience). Please expect to walk about 200 yards on gravel from your car to our check in desk.
Fire Bans:
Please know that Jackson can undergo fire bans due to the dryness of our climate. In these cases, a campfire will not be available but a full dessert bar will be offered in substitution.

A QR code will be available in your room and at the front desk to place an order during your stay.
