Spring Adventure Awaits
Excited for springtime yet? Yeah, us too. We love the winter, but as temperatures are finally warming up, and as the sun tries its hardest to shine down on Jackson Hole, we’re ready to put our skis away and dust off our fishing rods and hiking boots. Spring Creek Ranch is ready to celebrate spring with you by offering a handful of special spring packages.
Be one of the first on the river this season and get “hooked” (pun intended) on fly fishing. Spring Creek hires some of the area’s best fishing guides to take anglers of any ability out into our world-class backyard. This package offers two private days of fishing on two of the most iconic rivers in the West: the Snake and the South Fork. From May 3-31, book three nights of lodging and get breakfast each morning, one three-course meal, one day of fishing on the Snake, one day on the South Fork, and transportation to and from the airport for just $984.
Spring is prime wildlife viewing season in the National Parks, as many animals are just coming out of hibernation and beginning to migrate and roam. Let an experienced naturalist and safari guide take you through Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, scope out wildlife, and provide a complete understanding of the ecosystem that houses these magnificent creatures.
“The real value of doing this kind of trip comes from the in-depth learning it provides,” says resident naturalist Dawson Smith. “Spring is a critical time of year for the animals. Our safaris give our clients a chance to connect deeply with some incredible creatures. They get to experience the connection between wildlife and the landscape.”
The tour will take you through some of the parks’ most iconic landmarks, and to Yellowstone’s Lamar Valley, where many of Yellowstone’s most notorious predators live. The trip is perfect for photographers, wildlife enthusiasts, and anyone who wants a more complete, interaction with the national parks.
Clients will soak up the unique history of the parks and their geology,” Smith says. It’s a lot to fit in, but it’s a must-see, must-do kind of trip if you want to truly experience the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.”
The package is available from May 3-27, and includes two nights at Spring Creek Ranch and one night in Cooke City, Montana, a welcome gift, a naturalist-hosted welcome reception and presentation, use of high-end optics and learning materials, exclusive full-time naturalist interpretation, park entrance fees, and meals every day.
