Along with many other unique culinary treats Spring Creek Ranch will be celebrating this season, we’ll be hosting celebrity chef Carlo Zarri, owner of the Ristorante Villa San Carlo Cartemilia in Italy, who will create a unique culinary experience for us the first weekend in February, 2017 (stay tuned for more details to come).
