Spring Creek Ranch’s Piemonte in the Tetons Weekend
Spring Creek Ranch has always taken pride in the food it serves. But me oh my, guests here at Spring Creek are in for an exceptional treat: our signature Hazelnut and Truffle Dinner and the foodie events we’ve added this year to make this a full weekend “mmmmathon.”
Renowned Italian chef Carlo Zarri will again concoct a five-course dinner with delectable wine pairings, featuring the mighty truffle. We’re calling it Piemonte in the Tetons.
We’ve provided a more detailed menu link below, but additional events include:
Thursday, January 28 – the famed Hazelnut and Truffle Dinner;
Friday, January 29 – cooking classes starting at 4 p.m. with a self-prepared dinner
following;
Saturday, January 30 – our Western Wild Game & Italian Wine Feast, which includes a three-course pairing of wine and food, prepared by our chefs from the National Museum of Wildlife Art.
Chef Zarri is known as the Truffle Chef, and he believes strongly in the farm-to-table concept. His style and culinary talents earned him the post of chef at the Italian House over the course of six Olympic Games. His hotel, the Villa San Carlo in Cortemilia in the Piedmont region, is a destination hotel and is recognized as among the top five in Italy, with a selection of over 1,200 wines from the region and elsewhere around the world.
In November 2014, Zarri was honored as Cavaliere of Truffles and Wines at the prestigious International Alba White Truffle Fair.
We’re sure you will want to join us for this once-in-a-lifetime event. To secure your reservation, just give us a call at 307-733-8833 and view full event and menu details here.
